🧹 1. Service Policy

Our goal is to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning every time. Each service is customized based on your cleaning needs, space size, and schedule.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products for a safe and healthy environment. Clients are encouraged to share any special requests or cleaning priorities before each visit.


💰 2. Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Accepted payment methods: cash, card, Zelle, check  or invoice payment.
For recurring clients, payments can be scheduled automatically.

A late fee of $15 may be applied to invoices not paid within 48 hours after service.


⏰ 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change!
To reschedule or cancel a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning may result in a $40 late cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property (locked out, no one home, etc.), a $50 lock-out fee will apply.

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Our staff is background-checked, trained, and insured.
We do not share or sell client information.
All keys, alarm codes, and contact details are stored securely.


🧾 7. Supplies & Equipment

Prime Fresh Cleaning Services provides all professional cleaning products and equipment unless a client requests specific products.
We proudly use eco-friendly cleaning solutions to protect your home, pets, and family.


🐶 8. Pet Policy

We love pets! Please secure pets that may be anxious around cleaning equipment or new people.
Our team will not handle aggressive animals or clean pet waste unless pre-arranged.


⚙️ 9. Damage or Breakage Policy

Accidents are rare, but if damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours of your cleaning.
We will assess and handle each case individually and fairly.


📅 10. Holidays & Weather

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday or during unsafe weather, we will reach out to reschedule at your convenience.
